Content Submission & IP

In case of any discrepancy, the Estonian version prevails / Vastuolude korral kehtib eestikeelne versioon.

1. You retain copyright

Artists, contributors and organizations retain copyright in everything they submit (works, texts, images, metadata).

2. Licence to the platform

For submitted content you grant Ehted Inimestele OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, index, resize and archive the content:

• for as long as the account exists for all submitted content; and
• as a perpetual archival right for material approved into the historical archive — this is the point of an archive, and we state it explicitly here.

3. Withdrawing content

You may delete your listings. Material approved into the historical archive may be retained to fulfil the archive's mission, but attribution (authorship) and corrections are always honoured.

4. Corrections and takedown requests

Content corrections can be submitted via the correction form (the P09 workflow). For IP infringement we follow a notice-and-action procedure (in the sense of the Digital Services Act): the designated contact is info@ehtekunst.ee, and we respond within a reasonable time.
